→ Combined onboarding with both Maddie and Justin - Including goal setting
→ Daily High-touch support via WhatsApp
→ Individualised 12-week training program + fuelling framework
→ Fortnightly check-ins 30 minute call or video (nutrition and training integrated)
→ Performance testing and review to guide the next block
Note: The program is ongoing after the 12 week minimum period, you can cancel at anytime with a minimum of 14 days notice, concluding the minimum term of 12 week commitment as part the contract.
→ Private health insurance accepted for dietetic services. Medicare rebates accepted if you are under a CDM plan from your GP.
